I am a freelance personal trainer providing focussed one-to-one training to clients in the Southampton and Portsmouth area.
Training can take place at your home, workplace, or at the Spirit Health Club in Southampton.
If the weather is kind enough, we can also train outside in a local park or on the sea-front along
the Solent.
Many people think that Personal Training is for the famous or the super-fit.
Neither of these pre-conceptions are true.
If you feel that you are unfit, overweight, or lacking in motivation and energy, or have spent months dieting and exercising with little or no effect, a Personal Trainer can help you.
I meet so many people who want to exercise but find the Gym an intimidating place to be and soon give up. By having a Personal Trainer bring the training session to you, that barrier is immediately overcome.
