Relax, Invogorate, De-Stress and Energis
Enhance relaxation, stress reduction, reduce pain caused by muscle tension/muscular discomfort, increase range of motion, improve blood, lymph and energy circulation and offer a positive experience of touch.
All treatments are FREE. Donations of £8.00 appreciated to cover costs & insurance please.
Prior to any treatment you will be required to complete a Client-In-Take-Form during your initial consultation so that I can help to support and provide you with the most appropriate treatment pertinent to your needs, alongside identifying any contra-indications (reason/s not to receive massage).
I am currently available seven days a week between 1000 - 2000hrs unless with prior agreement. Outside of these times, I am a fitness instructor and you are of course welcome to attend any one of my sessions.
