At James Ross Healthcare we are not interested in filling the gym with members who are not moving toward their goals or worse still, who are moving towards possible injury though inappropriate training. Surprisingly most forms of exercise make your strengths stronger and your weaknesses more pronounced, and this can result in pain and injury. The only way to avoid this is to identify what needs work and how best to achieve your goals and the best way to do this is to work with a Personal Trainer.
A Personal Trainer will individually assess the client’s health, fitness, lifestyle and stress levels as well as discussing their goals and time limitations. They will then work with the client to devise an exercise programme and supervise their training sessions, providing the benefit of motivation and technical guidance throughout every session. The programme will be constantly updated to ensure progress. Programmes may include nutritional advice and lifestyle management where appropriate.
Personal training can be used for weight loss, improved sports performance, increased energy, muscle building, reducing stress levels and to improve overall health. Using a personal trainer will help you reach your goals quickly and safely.
