About Me
Following an injury to my back in 1999 I was off work for 6 months, giving me the opportunity to review my life and its direction. I did a lot of reading, trying to find that 'something' which would give me renewed inspiration. eventually I found Reiki.
I completed my Reiki Master training in 2004 and have been involved in healing and teaching with Reiki since then.
During my incapacity I went to see a homeopath who helped me with pain relief and the depression of being out of work for so long. Treatment with homeopathy was so successful that I decided to undertake the training to be a homeopath.
Family commitments meant I was unable to start the training until after I moved to North Yorkshire, but I completed a four year course in homeopathy at the Yorkshire School of Homeopathy in 2006 and am now a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths.
In 2005 I attended a two day workshop which was held locally and received my first 'Deeksha'. this proved to be a profound experience for me, continuing the spiritual healing journey the Reiki and homeopathy had started. It culminated in my going to India in Jan 2006 to complete initiation to become a Deeksha facilitator.
I returned to India in August 2008 to continue my development and during the level 2 course was initiated as a Principle Deeksha giver.
