I will assess your nutritional needs after an extremely detailed consultation with you; which will include your medical history and possible iridology inspection - (this helps to confirm my diagnosis of any mineral and energy imbalances.) I am then able to show you ways to help you recover control over your life using appropriate diet and lifestyle changes.
Food supplements may also be prescribed.
Once you have embarked on a nutritonal programme, I shall stay in contact by e-mail or phone calls to support you if there are any further questions, so that we can monitor your progress.
Contact with your GP is always encouraged.
After about 6 weeks, I shall see you again for a follow-up appointment so that we can assess your progress, and I can 'fine-tune' your prescription if necessary.
