WESTERN HERBAL MEDICINE
Herbal Medicine is a safe and effective way of treating acute and chronic health conditions, but can also aid in preventing health problems.
Traditionally leaves, roots, bark or seeds of plants were infused or boiled and then ingested as tea or applied as a poultice. Although still a valid method of taking a medicine, nowadays most people prefer the more convenient way of taking herbal tablets or - tinctures. Herbal tinctures are liquids, which contain complex chemical active compounds of plants and are taken with some water or juice 2-3 times per day. Herbal tinctures are easily absorbed and aid the body in kick-starting its own healing powers.
