Welcome to Jason Levy Personal Training
Over the past decade I have trained and qualified in many different areas within the Fitness industry. During this time I have developed my own philosophies and methods in which to train and ultimately share with my clients. I work with many different modes of exercise ranging from full aerobic, resistance and circuit based workouts through to a more relaxed and fun approach to training.
Here is some information about me and my story so far...
I have been a Personal Trainer for almost a decade now. I gained my First Personal Training Diploma qualification with YMCA Fitness Industry Training, then went on to Study a second Personal Training Certificate with The American College of Sports Medicine. I have spent 7 years working for the biggest health club chain operators, such as Holmes Place (now Virgin Active), LA Fitness, Cannons, and Exclusive smaller Clubs such as The Harbour Club Chelsea and Notting Hill, and Slim Jims Health Club based within the heart of the city. I am now a Freelance Personal Trainer. I absolutely love my job and this is always reflected in the way that I work with my clients.

Whilst working in the Fitness Industry, I began to observe that there is an amazing amount of people that would benefit from personally designed programs of exercise, nutrition and relaxation, culminating in a "holistic" way.

I am fully qualified, insured and hold a current CPR certificate. In terms of Professional membership affiliations, I am a Level 3 Advanced Instructor with The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and a Member of The National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT). All credentials can be checked.
