JR Reflexology based in Wymondham, Norfolk, near Norwich operates a small reflexology practice helping clients overcome problems with FERTILITY, RECOVERY FROM CANCER, DEPRESSION, STRESS, IBS, HORMONAL IMBALANCES and SLEEP DISORDERS. Being specially qualified in Maternity Reflexology as well, help is offered throughout PREGNANCY too.
Reflexology has increased in popularity over the past few years and has gained respect as an important, safe and natural healing art, based on the theory that the human body has its own internal energy lines and that ill health can arise from an energetic imbalance. By stimulating reflex points on the feet relating to different parts of the body, a treatment restores balance, helps to prevent ill health and assists relaxation.

Therapists who are members of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) have been trained to professional standards and are governed by a strict Code of Practice and Ethics and are fully Insured. John Rhind M.A.R is a member of the AOR and has treated many hundreds of pairs of feet since he began practising reflexology in January 2005. Whilst treating all manner of ailments, he is also trained in Fertility and Pregnancy reflexology, both of which are in great demand. Local home visits can also be arranged, although most clients prefer and enjoy the relaxing ambience of the treatment room.
