About Me
My name is Mark Pender and I have been in the fitness industry for many years now, I have worked in clubs, gyms and for myself.
I live in Teignmouth, Devon and have full access to my own gym including Treadmill, Cross-Trainer, Concept 2 rowing machine, Bike, Weights and core training equipment plus boxing/kickbag and pads.
I love my work and am very passionate about getting the very best results for and from my clients who I train on a regular basis. I feel that whatever your aims and goals are, they are achievable and attainable, if you want them badly enough and with my help and motivation you will succeed.
I am always striving to provide a top quality service for all my clients and to everyone I meet and train. I am a very enthusuastic and motivated trainer.

Well, thats a big question and the answer is just as expansive in it's reply.
Pretty much anything you can think off that involves exercise on a one to one or group basis, whether that be walking, Cycling, Running, bodyweight or Sport specific training, these are a few good examples.
As you can tell that covers a wealth of different sports and excercise disicplines.
The range of the training covered can be something as simple as a person wanting to start an exercise programme for health and well being reasons and has not exercised in years, to someone wanting to train for a triathlon or marathon and who is already relatively fit and healthy, but requires specific training and understanding of that particluar sport.
