I've been practising Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage since 1996.I'm a member of The AoR (Association of Reflexologists) and an authorised member of the VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy) network. I am also a Reiki Master.
I'm based in Streatham SW16 but I offer a mobile service which covers Balham, Battersea, Dulwich, Tooting and West Norwood.
Here's a brief summary of the therapies I offer:- Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet to encourage the body to stimulate its own healing response to tension, congestion and disease.
- Reiki administers either ‘hands on’ or ‘remote’ healing to promote physical and mental healing and spiritual growth.
- Indian Head Massage uses ancient Ayurvedic massage to treat disorders on 3 levels – the mind, the body and the soul.
