SERVICES
Welcome to Nutrition4life
Today our bodies are not only 'what we eat' but 'what we do not eat'. Many of us lack the right amount or balance of nutrients for optimum health and disease prevention.
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition & health science to promote optimum health and well-being. It may also alleviate a wide range of health symptoms and can assist in the recovery and prevention of many conditions.
Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy, which most people can benefit from at any stage of their lives.
Nutritional Therapy is for:
- Children who need a healthy start to life
- Teenagers as they develop into young adults
- Adults who seek optimum health to be able to enjoy the 'life in their years'
- Individuals who want to improve their sports performance and fitness levels
Consultations
Simple 3 Step Approach
In order to provide a comprehensive consultation I ask you to provide information about your current diet, health, medical history & lifestyle on a simple questionnaire prior to your appointment. This is completely confidential and Nutrition4life works to the BANT Code of Ethics & Practice.
During our consultation these areas will be discussed to understand, wherever possible, how your current symptoms may be related to your food choices, lifestyle and personal circumstances. Based on our discussion I will put together a personalised dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplement programme to meet your health goals. I may also recommend diagnostic tests. Your consultation will take 60 - 90 minutes and you will receive a written report within 3 days.
As you begin and progress with your nutritional programme, follow up consultations are also available in addition to email & telephone support.
