Dowe Dynamics Gym was originally started as a bodybuilders gym but has now integrated into the fitness market offering the best of both.
Among the staff are available a selection of trainers with far reaching experience and knowledge led by gym manager Andy.
Dowe Dynamics Gym and Fitness Shop (Archway Bodybuilding Gym) was started in 1993 at Portsmouth. Mr Ian Dowe the proprietor of Dowe Dynamics Gym is an accomplished bodybuilder having won titles in Mr Universe, The World Games in 1993 and Mr Gt.Britain.
He is most probably one of the most accomplished sportsmen in England, with a following all over the world.Having also trained the first British Miss Olympia 2000,Androulla Blanchette.
The first floor consists of exercise machines, computerised bikes, amoung other cardio equipment. The second floor has Olymp Bodyart machines which have been carefully selected by world champion Mr Ian Dowe, who was also training the first British female bodybuilder to win the Miss Olympia contest in 2000. We guarantee to get you in shape whatever your needs may be.
The third floor has an array of free weights, benches, leg press machines and dumbells up to 200lbs.
We also provide solarium fast tanning for your use and sauna. We will devise special diet plans for women and men with any specific needs, we aim to please.
