Personal Training

Personal Training is not just about weight loss; it’s about making

We aim to work with you and support you in order for you to gain the maximum results in the shortest and safest time scales, maximising your best potential for your own health and well-being.

We strongly believe that in this day and age, in order to succeed in our lives and reach our own full potential, we have to be strong, both mentally and physically. Therefore our training strategies for you promote exercise, nutrition, health and wellbeing as the only known safe and efficient way of life for people to achieve their own maximum potential.

Recognising quality and in order to maintain these standards of training and service to the client, all trainers are on the Register of Exercise Professionals. Our highly qualified fitness professionals are committed to developing innovative exercise programs according to your specific lifestyle and needs.

Together we strive to provide an extraordinary service and create a unique environment for you to achieve your desired results. These sessions can be held at local Health clubs in the Berkshire and Surrey area, including Esporta Royal Berkshire Club and the Fitness Space in Ascot, along with natural venues like Virginia Water Lake, The Look Out in Swinley Forest, or for your convenience, at your home or work place, where all equipment required for the session is supplied by the trainer.


3 Step Plan
Recognising that everybody is an individual and will have different agenda, according to specific aims and objectives, age, injuries, time, goals and ambitions, every session is tailored to suit your individual needs.

A unique 3 phase formula is used to help you achieve your goals

Step 1 : Establish your current level of fitness with a complete diagnosis. This begins with a fitness, nutrition and dietary analysis

Step 2 : Set your short and long-term aims, objectives and goals with
your trainer in order to develop a comprehensive plan for your future
exercise and well being programme

Step 3 : One to one sessions with your personal trainer to motivate and guide you through an intense training programme to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively in the shortest time frame.

Regular assessments will report on your progress and help you to move closer to your longer-term goals.

    Block booking will offer discounts, and these prices will include
    assessment and goal setting sessions inclusive of the 6,12,24
    sessions booked.

    All sessions include:
    • Resistance and cardio programming
