Welcome to The Peak Physique Programme
About Us
With proven techniques and guaranteed, exceptional results, 'The Peak Physique Programme' is a 12-week, 3 stage body conditioning plan which can be followed in your own home with minimal equipment. The initial stage of the programme is designed to correct muscle imbalances and restore optimum function of the body, allowing you to fulfil your potential and maintain it into the future. This phase can also alleviate muscle aches, joint pains and other niggles that don't respond to other therapies. Stages two and three focus on building stamina and strength to promote dramatic improvements in shape and tone, whilst enhancing the overall health of the body.
Having been involved in the fitness industry since 2002, Paul has run successful Personal Training businesses in various health clubs in West Yorkshire, including two national gym chains. In 2006 he began developing 'The Peak Physique Programme'. He continually updates and improves the programme as he gains new knowledge and experience, and in 2007 made the programme accessible to more people across Leeds and the surrounding area with the launch of his private Fitness Training Consultancy.
Paul is also a Course Tutor and Assessor for Future Fit Training, and for Juice Performance Training, and regularly travels the country to present training workshops to future fitness professionals.
