Testimonials
"As a former competitive waterskier I have suffered numerous sporting injuries over the years, including some minor-ish spinal damage, which up until recently has required almost weekly Physiotherapy. Pilates was suggested by my physiotherapist and has made an incredible difference. I have more mobility, better stature and without the tension in my back I am definately more relaxed……Unfortunately the physio lost a client."

"Pilates has highlighted my strengths and weaknesses and my overall general fitness and feel good factor has improved over a fairly short period of time. I look forward to Tuesdays and no matter how awful i feel having had no sleep (new puppy!) I relax whilst i am there but also feel like I have done a work out. Thanks Victoria you’re a great teacher."

"My weekly Pilates session has become an integral part of my week. Victoria’s tuition is simple, understandable and each move can be developed completely dependent on your own personal flexibity. I have definitely noticed a difference in my mobility and posture since joining the classes. Pilates manages to be very challenging but completely calming at the same time, I feel inches taller and sleep so well after attending Victoria’s classes."
