What is Athletic Edge?

Athletic Edge is a unique and exclusive Personal Training company based in the Queens Park, Kensington and Notting Hill areas of London, which caters for a wide range of clients – from busy city workers through to top level athletes. We take a personalised approach to our clients' training, assessing what they need as an individual and tailoring a programme around those needs. Our dedicated team will push and motivate you towards your goals whether they be weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehab or performance improvement.

Here at Athletic Edge we realise that our success is judged on the results we deliver rather than the promises we make. Our multidimensional approach to training utilises the latest concepts in training, nutrition and injury rehabilitation to keep you constantly progressing towards your goals. Regular evaluation and re-assessment of your programme will not only ensure your training remains enjoyable and motivating but also that you continue to see results.
