My Focus
The Organisation: Human performance is a product of the operational environment. The environment is the culture within which relationships either Prosper or Perish. Effective interpersonal stakeholder relationships are the core of organisational effectiveness.
My Effort
Reviews and Assessments: In-depth diagnostic of the current culture, challenges, and Situation. Engaging with stakeholders internal and external as appropriate to determine performance blockages and implement solutions.

Training
I was trained in coaching by the Centre for Management and Organization Effectiveness in San Francisco in 1988 and have been working with organisations ever since both inside organisations as a leader, and since 1995 running my own business.
Maintaining Credentials
I work with Warwick Business School one of the top quartile European Business Schools, and accordingly maintain leading edge capabilities. I undertake annual training and education sessions to maintain skills and capabilities outside of this arena.
