I am a Shropshire based Hypnotherapist who specialises in both suggestion and analytical hypnotherapy. I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and a Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. I am also a practitioner of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), having successfully completed a course of training in this field.
I began training with the Association of Qualified Curative Hypnotherapists (Lesserian) and then completed my training with the U.K’s Hypnotherapy Control Board, the U.K’s largest training school for hypnotherapists. I have practiced in Shropshire on a part-time and then a full-time basis since 1995 and I am fully covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. My U.K. NHS National Independent Provider Organisation Code is 8GK75. I am based at the Calvert-Fullerton Clinic, Holcombe House, Gravel Hill, Ludlow. and 'Healing Thyme', 2 Bargates, Whitchurch, Shropshire. SY13 1LH. I offer treatment for the following areas:

Hypnotherapy to Stop Smoking:
Most people wish to stop smoking for health and/or financial reasons. U.K. research has shown that hypnotherapy has one of the highest success rates for smoking cessation when compared with other methods. As a hypnotherapist I have an extremely high success rate in this area and many of my clients are from word of mouth recommendation. Usually one session is sufficient to stop smoking for good although a second booster session is available for no extra charge providing the client returns within three months of the first session. A CD is also included in the price.
Over the years I have helped many people, from all walks of life, to stop smoking in a relaxed and enjoyable way. As well as helping clients to stop smoking I also treat stress and anxiety, fears (including fear of flying), phobias, weight control, exam nerves, public speaking, low self esteem, motivation (including sports), pain control and much more. I often combine EFT with hypnotherapy to obtain the best possible results.
What passes between the client and myself is completely confidential.
