Welcome to Locus Life Coaching
We are a management consultancy based just outside London in South Buckinghamshire where we have been operating successfully since 1992.
We have considerable consulting experience in a number of sectors including financial services, information technology, communications, pharmaceutical, construction and the public sector and we have worked extensively outside the UK in Europe, the USA and Canada, the Middle and Far East, and Australia.
Our consultants have backgrounds in senior management roles in the corporate and public sectors and are qualified in psychometrics, NLP, a number of 360 feedback systems and behaviour analysis. We are also qualified coaches and counsellors.

We aim to help build capability in people and organisations to develop their potential to manage and sustain change.
