Aromatherapy - The ultimate indulgence. One and a half hours of slow relaxing massage using essential oils selected for your specific needs to make you feel heavenly. (This can be reduced to an hour if required)
Feel the aches and stresses melt away. Escape from the chaos of life while you listen to gentle relaxing music, inhale the beautiful aromas of the essential oils, let the massage ease away any tension and get that heavenly feeling.
Swedish Body Massge - This treatment involves massage of arms, legs, back, neck, feet, head and face but can be tailored to your needs. The massage can be deep or light, as required.
This massage uses pre-blended oils such as relaxing oil or plain carrier oils (ie. almond or grapeseed).
It involves more kneading than aromatherapy and some chopping movements which are particularly good for cellulite.
However, you can have it as firm or as gentle as you like with. It can be invigorating or relaxing. It takes an hour. The face and head are not massaged.
Indian Head Massage - Although this is called a head massage it also involves massage of the back, upper arms and face.
Using a specially designed chair it is possible to get a good back massage without laying down.
The massage lasts around 45 minutes. It can be carried out over clothing but is more beneficial on bare skin as better contact can be made.
If female clients wear a small vest the massage can be carried out on bare skin without the need to undress.
Reflexology - This treatments works purely on your feet.
Your whole body is mapped out on your feet and so it is possible to work on any part of your body simply by massaging the appropriate pressure points on your feet.
It begins with some relaxing procedures to loosen up your feet then all the pressure points are massaged. If there are any specific problem areas these can be worked again.
Finally the treatment ends with a foot massage using either oils or lotion which makes your feet feel like new.
