Running -Introduction to running or a training programe for a marathon . Advice on all aspects of running, staying injury free, clothing and shoe advice, nutrition & hydration etc.
Nutrition Consultation - Either as an ongoing part of personal training in general or as a specific focus on Nutrition. You will be provided with a food diary to keep for just a week. You will then have a 45 minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals and to identify where changes to your diet can be made. Focus on weight Loss , general optimisation of nutritional intake or advice for improving sports performance.
