Welcome to Baby Massage
Join a baby massage class and benefit from the International Association of Infant Massage's 30 years worth of teaching worldwide.
The 5 week infant massage programme is for parents and their babies newborn to crawling.
What is covered on the course?
The IAIM programme covers both elements of swedish and indian massage and principles from reflexology and yoga. In addition there are discussion times and refreshments. The course includes:-- Whole body massage for your baby
- Massage for wind, colic, constipation and teething
- How your child communicates with you
- How you can strengthen the bonding process
- Relaxation techniques for you and your baby
- Adapting strokes as the child gets older
At the same time you can share challenges and joys of parenthood with other course participants and enjoy some home made cakes in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Where are the classes?
The classes are held either in Puckeridge, (near Ware) Hertfordshire in a home environment which suits baby massage or if a 1:1 session is required or a group of parents wish to host, Penny will travel anywhere in Herts, Essex or Cambridgeshire. Many parents love the fact that Penny will come to their home and run the classes for them and their friends.
