Instructor
I trained in dance theatre at the Laban Center, which is where I was first introduced to Pilates. After four years in dance I felt myself drawn towards the fitness industry for which I started my training in 1998 when I was certified as a YMCA group exercise trainer. I then continued my studies with the American Council of Sports Medicine passing the personal trainer qualification in 2002.
Following several years of working in the fitness industry I rediscovered my passion for Pilates, training first with the Pilates Institute. As I carried on my training the approach of Stott Pilates worked best for me, and I trained with Stott to develop my knowledge and understanding of Pilates. I became certified in matwork and reformer in 2006.
