About Us
Matt Walker
Matt began his career in the fitness industry in 1998 where he left his UK shores to live, work and train as a Winter Sports Instructor in Mammoth Mountain California.
Matt returned to the UK and joined the British Army. Matt achieved what many only hope and passed Commando Training, earning the right to wear the coveted Green Beret.
Matt is a Level 2 Wildfitness Coach who has worked on Location in Kenya. Matt currently runs WildFitness London Classes and is also Lead Instructor for British Military Fitness.
Matt is an accomplished sportsman who competes in ultra endurance events including Ironman and Britain’s longest continuous footrace of 145 miles, making sure he practices what he preaches.
Matt is a POSE Movement and Running Coach, Classic Russian Kettlebell Coach, OUTBOX Boxing Coach and C.H.E.K Exercise Coach. He has travelled the world, trained with the World Champions in each movement pattern to ensure you have the best quality Coaching on offer.
Kristie Ramsland
Kristie has recently moved to the UK from Australia. Growing up in a small beach town on the South East Coast of Australia she has always had a love for the outdoors, adventure and travel.
Kristie studied Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at Sydney University where she was also on scholarship for triathlon. She is an accomplished triathlete and has the ACT Triathlete of the Year in her age group (2002 and 2003), 2005 Australian University Games Champion and 2006 Female 20-24 yrs Australian Long Course Champion, just to name a few.
Kristie's interest in health and fitness lead her to coach marathon running for a charity in Sydney, where she was also a consultant on Nutrition and Lifestyle. She has had clinical and community experience in her studies to be a Dietitian but is now focusing her practice on functional and metabolic nutrition. She now specialises in the evolution of digestive physiology and hormone imbalances that contribute to weight gain and lifestyle-related diseases.
Kristie is a WILD Fitness Coach/Nutritionist and also a Level 1 qualified POSE Running Coach. Kristie believes that we all have the ability to change our perception of ourselves and our lifestyle and achieve health and happiness.
