I hold classes in preparation skills which include an organic lunch around the country for beginners, introducing new recipes for breakfasts, lunches and dinners with milkshakes. Grow your own nutrient dense foods; sprouts. Naturopathic food combinations; healing to mind, body and spirit.

I have followed a mostly raw and vegan diet for 7 years and I am a Naturopathic Medicine Diploma student practitioner at the CNM London.
