About Us
Sarah Wilde began practising Yoga over 10 years ago, first Hatha then Ashtanga and soon after discovered the sensitivity and integrity of the Dynamic Yoga Method.
Already a qualified Fitness Instructor, Pilates Teacher and Personal Trainer; Sarah decided to take the next step and progress to teaching Yoga.
After initially completing an Ashtanga Yoga teacher training course and teaching this form for over two years, Sarah decided to follow her love of Dynamic Yoga and trained with Godfrey Devereaux the founder of the Dynamic Yoga Method. She now enjoys bringing this form of yoga to many people through classes, courses, workshops and 1.2.1 personal tuition, and is also involved in teaching teachers with Godfrey’s UK Dynamic Yoga teacher training courses.
