My Name is Stephen David Meigh and i am a Senior Wellness Advisor, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor based at Nuffield Health And Wellbeing in Nuneaton & Birmingham.
I often see members of the health club not getting the results they want, so i set about gaining clients and changing body shapes to get real results and not making false promises. The TRX Suspension Trainer
The TRX Suspension Trainer gives you an easy to use, full body 30 minute workout, which is safe for athletes at all fitness levels. So whether you're at home or on the road, you can still increase your performance, lose weight and stay fit.
Boxing and Pad work Training.
Boxing is the best stress buster around - is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxing classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

Bio Mechanical Screening.
The first phase of the Screening is the Normalise Phase, which is a series of screening tests to identify any biomechanics weaknesses with the pelvis, spine and nervous system. This is then linked to a series of exercises, which are used to improve and correct any areas of weaknesses. Once normal biomechanics is achieved, you progress to the second stage, which is the Stabilise Phase where we will work through core stability screening and associated exercises to address any core imbalances. The final assessment is the Functionalise Phase, which looks at the biomechanics of the knee and shoulder. A full screening programme for both is discovered with the relevant exercises to complete the process and the bio mechanical preparation for sport and exercise.
