I’m Carly and I offer mobile Reflexology and Maternity Reflexology treatments in the comfort of your own home. I am based in Wimbledon and can travel to you in the surrounding areas.
I am a qualified Reflexologist, graduating from the Central London School of Reflexology. After having my two boys and realising I had an interest in the wonders of pregnancy, I went on to study with Susanne Enzer on her Advanced Maternity Reflexology Course. I am fully insured and a full member of the Association of Reflexology.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing natural therapy which aids the body in eliminating toxins and boosting the immune system whilst restoring energy and balance.
There are reflex areas in the feet which correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. A mirror image of the body has been mapped on the feet and pressure applied on specific reflex points can affect the corresponding part of the body. Stimulation of these reflexes can help many health problems caused by injury, lifestyle, illness or emotional upsets by activating the body’s own healing processes.
Maternity Reflexology
With the additional knowledge of training and working with pregnant and sub-fertile women, I am able to tailor my treatments to your specific needs at that given time. From the time that you start priming your body for conception, to the moment you give birth to your new baby, subtle (and some not so subtle) changes are happening that can be nurtured, alleviated, balanced and harmonised with a specific Maternity Reflexology treatment.
