It allows you to draw upon your resources, which enable you to bring about your desired state. Sometimes an intense emotional experience will create a 'phobia'. NLP recognizes that when given positive stimuli, it can override and correct negative behavior pattens.

Emotional Freedom Technique works by tapping on the end of meridian lines. This is an amazing therapy for those who are stuck with issues or past events which can block and stop someone from moving forward with their life. It helps one let go and move on with life, thus off loading things that can hold one back. It works by tapping on the end of your energy centres known as meridian lines. An effective way of removing blocks and moving forward freely.
Meditation
Meditation clears the clutter from the mind, thus making you feel calmer and more focused. A simple breathing exercise will restore peace and balance. It allows us to find the present moment, where now matters. It stops us bringing up past events and linking them to the present. It also stops us from going into the illusional future and thinking 'if only '. Being in the present moment allows us to fully appreciate now.
