About Wendy Gaen M.A.R
My name is Wendy Gaen and I am a fully qualified Reflexologist and maternity Reflexologist. I have also taken post-graduate training in specialised techniques for treating stress using reflexology.
Reflexology is a complementary treatment based on the principle that all the systems and organs of the body are represented by 'reflex' points on the feet. Through working these reflex points the reflexologist aims to stimulate the body's own natural healing ability to restore the body's normal healthy balance and energy.
Reflexology also promotes deep relaxation and a sense of calm and well-being. It is particularly helpful in stress-related conditions. Indeed, it is widely recognised that stress contributes to 75% of all disease and illness.
My practise is in Elvetham Heath in Fleet, Hampshire and is close to the M3. It is near to the borders of Surrey and Berkshire and is easily accessible from Fleet, Farnborough, Hook, Yateley, Farnham, Hartley Wintney, Camberley and Sandhurst.
I am available for daytime or evening appointments. If however, circumstances make it difficult for you to come to me, I am able offer a mobile service to clients in Fleet, Farnborough, Hartley Wintney, Hook and surrounding areas within a five mile radius.
