WHAT IS ENERGY THERAPY?
Energy therapy is none invasive and is a safe and effective way to treat ailments in people of all ages.The treatment is holistic and works with the universal energy (chi) to support and heal the body and the root causes of suffering which can be found deep within the psyche.
Energy therapy has been used for thousands of years by ancient cultures who have discovered and developed the understanding of the universal energy which flows through all life ie.chi ,prana, life force ect...A prime example are the chinese Taoists who worked with and brought acupuncture to the world.
In,around and beyond the physical body are interconnecting layers of energy.This makes up the Meridians, the Aura and the Chakras.
All ailments whether physical or psychological reside in the energy field of the human body as energy blocks or disturbances.Theses may have arisen suddenly as a result of mental, physical or emotional trauma, or over a period of time through holding on to negative thought patterns or emotions.Theses blockages obstruct the natural flow of energy, depleting our vitality and creating imbalance and disease.When the blockages are cleared and the energy flow restored, the body can return to its natural state of health.The healing is carried throughout the body to the cellular level.our energy always flows naturally toward perfect health and well being.
THE THREE STAGES OF HEALING
Awareness
Firstly there will be a period of discussion to understand the issues and symptoms involved.During this time i ca help you understand on a more energetic level and move towards understanding the root causes of your condition.
Release
Your treatment will be carried out either standing sitting or laying down(fully clothed)on a massage table.using hands on healing i will work on releasing and clearing blockages and helping receiving new positive energy's.Here I will uses appropriate techniques following my diagnosis and also work on a intuitive level.
Integration
After release and to the end of the session i will ground and infuse positive energy's sharing any guidance i may have received during the session and so integrating the healing into your life.Helping to create your own health and well being.I will encourage you to participate in your own healing by learning that our health is effected by what we choose to think , feel and believe.If theses choices create stress in our mind then this will be reflected in physical symptoms.You are then able to recognise and let go of theses negative thought patterns.

MY BACKGROUND
My interest in energy work came after a difficult time in my life which had the effect of shaking my foundations and consequently my life changed dramatically.I decided to travel and first found myself in India where i studied Tai chi/Chi kung, which gave me a passion to understand more about life.I went to Mexico and took part in meditation retreats, sweat loges and Huichol Indian ceremony's.These experiences really opened up my consciousness to the bigger picture.Back home i grounded myself in the art of Tai chi/Chi kung for six years and studied both in groups and with private tuition which enabled me to help others to learn.I then spent time in Mexico and England working with different shamanic teachers.
My personal journey of healing and awakening has led me to want to help others in this sacred process of healing.
