All fitness sessions are based in and around North East's beautiful outdoor parks.
They range from the newly regenerated Leazes Park to the huge expanse of Exhibition Park and the fabulously picturesque sights of Jesmond Dene and Paddy Freemans.
We have recently introduced two new locations which Include the Quayside and Saltwell Park.
Our fitness sessions run from Monday to Saturday with often more than one class to choose from per day.
We provide Slimming Club, Boot Camp For All and Cardio Club.
