About Me

I always excelled at sport from an early age, running for the county, bodybuilding and playing football at a semi-professional level. I studied Leisure and Recreation and gained a range of personal training qualifications during my 20 years of experience as a personal trainer. In addition, I owned my own company, selling sports clothing and supplements to stores over the UK.

My extensive experience has been gained in many fitness clubs across London, as a senior personal trainer. I work with the general public, footballers, strength athletes and celebrities in fitness clubs, private gyms and in their own homes.

My approach is holistic – achieving your goals requires a lifestyle change, including diet, training, appropriate rest and relaxation. My goal is to get my clients in the best physical condition possible, given their lifestyle and commitments. I write fitness programmes and provide diet advice appropriate to each individual’s needs, which may range from dealing with a sports injury to helping with weight loss. I encourage my clients to think about their whole lifestyle, not just their training, as this is vital to helping them achieve their goals.

I offer my clients a full range of training programs to meet all their personal needs, whether they are a beginner, intermediate or at an advanced level. With my 20 years of experience, I pride myself on offering tailored programmes and advice to meet all requirements.

What to expect

We’ll discuss your goals during your first FREE consultation, then I will carry out a fitness test of your cardiovascular system, muscle strength, core stability and flexibility. Should you decide to book further paid sessions, I will then design a training program to achieve your goals whether they be weight loss, core stability, muscle tone, weight gain, sports injury rehabilitation, or improving your cardiovascular fitness.

We’ll discuss your diet and, working with my nutritionist, will provide the dietary advice to help support you in meeting your goals. To ensure that your programme fits in with your lifestyle, I can offer workouts based either in a private gym or in your own home. All programmes will be reviewed regularly, to make sure you are happy with the program designed for you and that it fits in with your lifestyle.

My goal is that all my clients are 100% happy with the service they receive and I always appreciate my clients’ feed back. Although the workouts are hard work, the physical and mental improvements you make will keep you motivated. I vary things a lot, so every workout will be different from the last, meaning you will never be bored and should find your workouts fun.
