Here at Angel Light we pride ourselves on the service we give in order to provide the best care for the general health and well-being of our clients mind, body, emotions, spirit and soul.
Holistic and complementary therapy is an effective way of dealing with the stress and pressure of day to day living whether the problem is home life, work environment, or other outside influences, if we don't relax and look after ourselves we can put our bodies at risk of burnout.
Reflexology, Reiki, Body massage, and Aromatherapy work on the basis of treating the person as a whole instead of an isolated area. Regular treatments can result in feeling a greater sense of well-being and return the body to a natural state of balance. Indian head massage, Hopi ear candles, and Holistic facial also have a beneficial effect on the body.
About Us
Angel Light is a new company,and is based in Springhead, Oldham. As proprietor of Angel Light let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Elizabeth McQuillan I am married with one daughter. I have been a Holistic Therapist for two years. I am also a Reiki Master Practitioner and a Member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists.
For nineteen years I worked as a children's shoe fitter/ sales assistant until I resigned in October 1998. At that point in my life I didn't know what I wanted to do job wise. Around the same time I bought a book on massage which I found very interesting. In November I started work at the co-op in Lees. I bought another book in January 2005 this time about Reflexology and decided that that was the route I had to follow. I was unable to do a Reflexology course that year but did it the following September. From that I went on to do courses in Indian head massage, Reiki, Thermal auricular therapy (ear candles), Holistic therapy. I have had a lot of stress at different times in my life so I know first hand what it can do to you and how ill it can make a person.
The thing I love most about my work is helping people relax and achieve a sense of wellness. This is something I find very rewarding as a therapist. Angel Light is committed to helping you achieve this because YOU DESERVE IT!
As well as a private practice we provide holistic therapies to the corporate sector in and around the Oldham area, and Greater Manchester.
