Sweat Personal Training is owned by Andy Hawkswell. I established Sweat Personal Training in 2005 after working as a personal trainer and Fitness Manager in a number of facilities in the Harrogate district.
I am based in the Harrogate area working with a range of clients, from beginners to sports persons and athletes. I work with clients to create an exercise schedule and diet plan to reach their targets, I have the reputation for achieving results with a fun and relaxed method.
I train people over long term training schedules to help them lose weight, feel healthier and develop sports fitness for marathon training, golf and skiing. I also have clients for 6-12 weeks at a time to help them lose weight or look better for special occasions such as weddings or holidays.
I have over 10 years industry experience as a fully qualified and accredited personal trainer through Premier Training Ltd. I have worked with clients to achieve weight loss, increase muscular strength, run marathons, compete in triathlons and recover from heart attacks. When you lack the motivation to exercise my expertise can help you to achieve your targets.
