Personal Therapy in Surrey or Middlesex
My approach to all healing and personal growth is based on my firm belief that we are made up of body, mind, and spirit. All three aspects need to be working in harmony to achieve balance. My vision and gifting is to see people fulfil their true potential - set free from the things that are holding them back and allowing the unique vein of gold within them to shine through.
By recognising that allissues may have both a personal and a transpersonal dimension I am able to be more flexible and creative with each client. I work intuitively and there is no one-size-fits-all package. Each person is completely unique and therefore requires a unique one-to-one approach.
I believe that my clients know themselves better than I ever will, and they already have all the answers within their subconcious minds. My job is to help find them and to provide tools to use in every day life to maintain a healthy and motivated mind.
The really important thing is that you trust the person you are working with, and that they have faith in you as a person.
