Whereas ‘Hot yoga’ or ‘Bikram yoga’ classes are usually practiced at room temperature of 113°F (45°C), we believe that this level of heat makes deep breathing difficult, so we work at 95°F (35°C), which is perfect to get a good personal working temperature and therefore take maximum benefit from the Dynamic Yoga series.
