We work with your feelings, thoughts and behaviour, by gently using our intuition and self awareness, helping you to understand where you are in your life.

I set up exploring U counselling to provide you with a professional quality of counselling, offering you a new generation of creative counselling styles in which to self explore, taking you on a deeper journey of your own understanding, exploration & growth.
We work to offer you understanding of who you are, through using unconscious processes.
