What I offer:- A service that brings the gym and instructor to you
- Friendly, fun and productive training (6am – 10pm Mon – Fri + Week ends)
- Indoor rowing/cycling, steps, bums and tums, boxercise, running/walking, weight lifting, body sculpting, sports conditioning and more…
- Nutritional monitoring and guidance to help you adapt to a healthy, easy to follow diet.
- Your own personal program (for the gym or home) to follow between sessions
- The knowledge and experience to guarantee you the most up to date methods
