Our Weight Loss Programme: There is no one single cause of any condition. A number of cofactors, causative agents and life situations can interact with each other and promote a weight gain.
Our body, mind and spirit counteract with the environmental factors. Anything that disturbs balance inside our body, mind, soul and spirit, or our relationship with environment may promote an illness.
Are you struggling with weight loss irrespective of all kind promising diets?
So why doesn’t anything really work? The answer is simple; you have been targeting the symptom only, while one of the main causative factors is often due to a sluggish liver and poor elimination.
Fatigue, weight gain, cellulite, constipation and skin rashes are common consequences of body intoxification. We can help you with detoxification of your liver, kidneys and bowel and you will feel positive difference.
Our Stress Management Programme: Stress in itself is not necessarily harmful. Everyone needs goals and challenges. But too much can be damaging.
Some common signs of too much stress include: • Increased irritability
• Heightened sensitivity to criticism
• Signs of tension, such as nail-biting
• Difficulty getting to sleep and early morning waking
• Drinking and smoking more
• Indigestion
• Loss of concentration
When stress reaches its final stage, exhaustion - all of the body's resources are eventually depleted and the body is unable to maintain normal function. If this stage is extended, long term damage may result as the capacity of glands, especially the adrenal gland, and the immune system is exhausted and function is impaired resulting in decompensation.
The result can manifest itself in obvious illnesses such as ulcers, depression, diabetes, trouble with the digestive system or even cardiovascular problems, along with other mental illnesses.
It is important to act to relieve damaging stress before it affects your physical or mental health.
Followed our stress management programme you will experience improved mental and physical wellbeing, depending on the amount of your daily stress, the length of illness period and your lifestyle.
An individually tailored plan of herbal treatment and Indian Head Massage with facial Aromatherapy will help to restore energy levels and bring relaxation into your life.

At our medical centre we can help with most health problems and also give professional advice on Wellness Devices and Nutritional Supplements. We are proud of using honey bee propolis, a gift from Nature, in our centre. Propolis has been used as a medicine by man for 3000 years for treating 'uncurable diseases'.
Hair element analysis, which we offer, remains an important tool to assess the nutritional status and environmental influences on the health. This test allows getting accurate information on the level of essential for life macro and micro minerals, such as calcium, chromium, cobalt, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, sodium and zinc. It also gives an indication if any toxic elements, i.e. aluminium, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury and nickel presented in your body.
Why is it important to know your nutritional status?
Minerals are essential for our life. They are mostly derived from diet and play the following functions in the body: structural, regulatory and biochemical.
All minerals influence on each other. For example, excess calcium reduces magnesium absorption, and vice-versa. Research indicates that low stomach acid levels reduce levels of beneficial intestinal bacteria which are needed for absorption of magnesium, and this can lead to the development of allergies, increased level of anxiety and even asthma.
High levels of calcium can cause aortic calcification.
Patients suffering from severe copper deficiency after excessive zinc supplementation may develop neurological symptoms, i.e. painful tingling and numbness, after excessive zinc supplementation, since these minerals interact in the body. Copper and zinc compete for absorption from the intestine into the bloodstream, and both are absorbed by the same processes.
Absorption of minerals by the body depends on many factors, for example the general status of health, and presence of vitamins and other substances (e.g. phytic acid presented in uncooked grains, nuts and seeds reduces absorption of calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc).
It is also important to remember that more is not necessary better when it comes to any supplementation.
About toxic substances in the body
Toxic substances or heavy metals tend to accumulate within the brain, kidneys and immune system, where they severely disturb their normal function. Most of heavy metals in the body are a result of environmental contamination. However, other sources can contribute, such as aluminium from antacids; mercury from dental fillings, contaminated fish and cosmetics and lead from cigarette smoke and pesticide sprays.
Early symptoms of heavy metal poisoning may include headache, fatigue, muscle pain, indigestion, constipation, anaemia, dizziness and poor coordination.
