Welcome to INDIYOGA
I'm Suzie and I teach yoga classes in Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Nork and Banstead, which are suitable for all levels from beginner to intermediate and advanced.
As a qualified yoga teacher, (Yoga Alliance Registered School RYS500, Foundation in Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea) I'm certified by the International Yoga Teachers Association and regularly teach around the UK and Europe.
I've been inspired by many styles of yoga including Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda, Yin, Jivamukti, Bikram, Iyengar and Astanga and continue to take workshops with visiting teachers on an ongoing basis. I'm lucky to have worked with many amazing yoga teachers including Shiva Rea, Sarah Powers, Aadil Palkhivala, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Donna Holleman and Bridget Woods-Kramer.
Each of these have influenced and enhanced my own practice to create the style of yoga I teach today - indiyoga. My teaching blends an appreciation of alignment with the flow of the breath and mindful movement. Indiyoga offers you the chance to come and look after yourself on every level - balancing your body, heart and mind. In my classes you can expect to stretch, focus, energise, contemplate, be challenged and have fun. You'll unravel the physical, mental and emotional tension created by everyday life and bring health, vitality, peace and positivity into all areas of your daily life.
The more you practice, the more you benefit and the benefits are many. With time and consistent effort your physical body will be toned, stronger and more flexible. Your energy levels will rise. You'll feel more relaxed in your everyday activities and more relaxed within yourself. Your concentration will improve and you'll feel more alert, calmer, more confident and content. No matter what physical condition you are in, yoga can help you transform your life. For me, yoga is about becoming the very best version of you that you can be. All you have to do is open the door and walk in!

Class descriptions
Yoga basics classes are for those with little or no yoga experience, or students who would like a refresher or have questions on what they have been practising already.
Mixed ability classes are for students with 6 months or more yoga experience.
Advanced classes are for students who have been practicing for two years or more.
