A warm welcome to my site! If you decide to undertake a course of reflexology, you have made one of the best decisions of your life. Everyone who tries it experiences a deep sense of relaxation, but don't be fooled: reflexology works hard for you and helps to de-tox and re-order your entire system.
I am an experienced practitioner, treating all the following:
- skeletal problems
- the symptoms of stress
- PTSD
- depression
- headaches
- loss of energy
- chronic fatigue
- etc
Where has your problem come from? There is always an underlying cause for illness, whether chronic or acute. My aim is to help you identify this. The treatment will trigger your own innate healing energy simply by working on both feet, and I will offer suggestions for the maintenance of your health.
Treatment is entirely non-invasive and, apart from shoes and socks, you will always be clothed.
As mentioned above, I use a variety of techniques and choose according to what is needed in different circumstances. I offer Reiki therapy to interested clients as it is useful in all cases of imbalance and I have found it a particularly gentle solution to post traumatic stress.
