Group Outdoor Fitness
Our sessions are NOT based on military fitness but instead allow you to get fit with friends in the great outdoors, while having a whole lot of fun. Your first session is FREE of charge allowing you to experience our camps before you join.

Our weight loss plans are individually tailored by our personal training team to meet your goals, bringing together fitness training, nutrition and overall well-being for the healthy way to lose weight and keep it off.
Active Wellbeing Retreats
The Active Wellbeing Retreat is a chance for you to get away from the stresses of everyday life for 3-5 days to the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District National Park. The retreat is designed to leave you with an experience you will never forget and to provide you with take home strategies to help you achieve your personal goals for months, years and even a lifetime to come.

1. Lifestyle Approach
A born2move Personal Trainer is not from the old school of 'no pain no gain' Personal Training but instead is a complete well-being coach trained to help you to achieve the body you desire. When you consider hiring a Personal Trainer it is so important that your Trainer conducts a thorough assessment about your lifestyle and ultimate desire (goal). Following this your Personal Trainer should perform a thorough assessment. This assessment should include how your body oxidises food, if your body has a fungal or parasite infection, your digestive health, level of stress, sleeping habits, hormonal stress, a full movement screen to improve your function and avoid injuries before they happen and a full lifestyle and goal profile. It will take some time for your Personal Trainer to collect this information but once this information has been gathered your trainer will be equipped with the necessary information to prescribe the perfect programme that will achieve a strong, lean and healthy body in the fastest possible time. If a Personal Trainer does not go into this amount of detail before delivering your programme they are simply guessing and your chances of achieve incredible results will be slim to none.
2. Personal Attention
Each of the born2move Personal Trainers are sklilled in the application of Born Coding, which is an advanced assessment that evaluates 4 unique body codes including a Coaching Code, Lifestyle Code, Movement Code and a Hormonal Code. Born Coding has been developed by born2move to provide a thorough investigation into what you need to do to achieve the results you desire. Born Coding assesses everything you will ever need to know so that your born2move Personal Trainer can develop a personalised programme and coach you to success. Without this level of assessment there is no way a Personal Trainer could ever create a personalised programme that will achieve results specifically designed for you and your body!
3. Coaching
When you decide to bite the bullet and commit to a born2move Personal Trainer that is exactly what we ask for; your commitment! Our Personal Training team are not interested in training you from one week to the next without any coaching time in between. The reason why we are so upfront about this is because we want to help you achieve results that will almost certainly require lifestyle changes. Making lifestyle changes requires breaking habits, which is far from an easy process and requires grit and determination! Therefore, you will receive ongoing coaching throughout your time with your born2move Personal Trainer to help support you through the tough times and bring you back on track when you veer off! Coaching is key to success and is at the heart of born2move's Personal Training approach!
4. born2move Friends
As a born2move client you are also a born2move Friend, which will opening up exclusive opportunities for you. Once/twice per year born2move take a trip to our private facility in the Algarve, Portugal. This private break is a 10 day mini break that is attended by up to 3 born2move specialists and is exclusively available to all our born2move Friends. This break is a chance for you to relax, destress, detox and get active in the sun for as many of the 10 days as you choose. We simply charge £99 per person, per day, which includes food, ground transfers in Portugal, accommodation and planned activity sessions every day. All you need to do is tell us how many days you would like, book your flight and we do the rest!
