Treatment for Back and Neck Pain
Absolute Health has two Osteopaths - Richard Baverstock and Sophie Bevin, both of whom studied classical and structural osteopathy at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine.
Richard is also trained as a Bowen Technique practitioner, treating patients with a range of pain conditions. Using very gentle 'fascia Bowen moves' over areas of tension helps to 'jump start' the healing process deep within the body.
Sophie has studied Cranial-Sacral Therapy which she finds especially useful for children and babies and also those who prefer a gentler treatment.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
- Osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
- Podiatrists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
