It can also be a useful complement to Western medicine through treating recurring problems and can often make sense of illnesses that modern medicine has difficulty in treating.

Catherine is a qualified acupuncturist registered with the British Acupuncture Council, having trained in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for four years at the Northern College of Acupuncture.
She has completed additional training in acupressure massage and shiatsu and holds a Diploma in Tuina (deep tissue Chinese massage), which she frequently uses as part of her treatments.
