Aromatherapy Massage - Aromatherapy aims to treat the whole person by helping to restore the harmony of the mind,body and spirit. It works with the pure properties of plants,using their essential oils in a natural, complementary therapy which is said to help improve both physical and emotional well-being.Aromatherapy has many benefits using essential oils which you choose and can be blended to meet your needs, helps to relieve the stresses and tensions , feelings of deep relaxation, calm and soothed mind, increased energy levels, and a general sense of well - being.
Massage - Massage therapy promotes relaxation and may help ease aches and pains.Massage/swedish massage has also got potential benefits feelings of relaxation and contentment, relief of pain, eg back pain, stress and tension, improved blood and lymph circulation, and a general sense of health and well-being.
Although these are only some of the benefits and information on the Holistic treatments available to you, I also offer Indian head massage, simple foot and leg massage, back, neck and shoulders massage, or just back massage.
