Hypnotherapy
Cost: £35 per hour session
Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a range of medical conditions and behavioural problems, including the following:
- Giving up smoking
- Weight control
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Sleep problems
- Increasing your self-confidence
- Unwanted habits
- Pain control
- Phobias
- Performance anxiety
Once you are hypnotised, you enter into an altered state of consciousness into which beneficial suggestions are given to the unconscious mind.
Somewhere between being asleep and awake hypnosis is totally natural and safe with long lasting benefits.
Reiki
Cost: £25 per hour session
Reiki is an ancient, natural healing technique which was rediscovered by the Japanese Doctor Mikao Usui over 100 years ago.
Reiki is a gentle but powerful hands on technique promoting balance, relaxation and well-being.
Mind, body and spirit are balanced.
Reiki energy is non-intrusive.
The patient is treated fully clothed with the healer’s hands placed in standard positions on the body. It is believed that the healing knows where to go by itself.
Reiki compliments but does not substitute the healing properties of orthodox medical treatment.

Past Life Regression
Cost: £35 per hour session
Using hypnosis, Reiki or combining the two, past life regression can help with many things including:
- Parental complexes
- Anxieties, fears and phobias
- Behavioural and relationship problems
- Physical ailments
It can also help in our understanding of karma and provide an understanding of why we are attracted to certain periods of time, talents, countries, people etc. as well as give an insight to those we may have previously met in another life.
If hypnosis is used, the patient will recreate the information for themselves, whereas with Reiki the therapist will inform the patient after the session is over.
Lots of clients report a feeling of well-being afterwards; often fear of death is removed and relationships, talents and attractions make sense.
Tarot
Cost: £25
Tarot is an ancient art which can help us greatly as a tool to give solutions to present day problems.
The tarot can be used to look at many aspects of our lives and those around us.
A deck of 78 cards is used with 4 suits and minor and major cards.
The cards are shuffled and the subconscious thoughts emit into the cards.
A Celtic Cross spread of 10 cards is then used and expanded upon to give a reading.
Areas of development and conflict are looked at and probable events then roughly predicted a year into the future.
The cards act as a counselling tool providing insight.
I can also use psychometry, palmistry and psychic energy readings through the hands as well as using Psy Cards to enhance a reading.
