Acupuncture
Acupuncture consists of inserting very fine needles into the skin at certain specified acupoints, selected in accordance with the patient’s disease and basic constitution. Chi is the unique force that enables our bodies to function on every level. It flows through invisible meridians, each of which is named after and related to an organ, including the lung, kidney, stomach, spleen and heart.

Hydrotherapy (Traditional)
Cold & Hot Combination.
The hydro means water and hydro therapy is a technique in which water is applied to the body in order to stimulate and redirect the flow of blood and lymph. (Lymph is the filtered portion of blood that carries waste products away from the cells. There is three times more lymph than blood) by encouraging the flow of fresh blood and lymph to an area, Hydrotherapy helps nourish cells and promote the regeneration of tissues, which allows the body to heal from illnesses or physical damage.
The application of warm or hot water causes arteries and veins to expand, bringing additional blood and lymph to an area. Cold, on the other hand, makes the arteries and veins constrict, which pushes blood and lymph away. This in-&-out movement of blood and lymph brings in fresh oxygen and nutrients and removes toxins and waste products. There are many techniques for using hydrotherapy.
It may involve the use of showers, baths, mineral water, thermal spring, mud, pool, water-soaked towels, water-soaked sheets and some other method.
Hot Stone Massage
The hot stones are usually made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron, so they retain heat. River rocks are normally used because they are so smooth - they have been smoothed over time by the river's current.
The stones are immersed in water and heated in an electric heating device until they are within a certain temperature range.
Many people find the warmth of the hot stones to be comforting and get it for relaxation. Hot stone massage is suited to people who tend to feel chilly or who have cold feet. It's also suited for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to work the muscles without using deep pressure.
