According to Traditional knownledge physical problems result from blockages in the flow of energy in the body and a lack of oxygen in the cells. We use special techniques to release these blockages, and breathing techiques to teach you and help you eliminate the causes of pain and discomfort from your body.
We specialize in a number of well-known therapeutic techniques.
We will recommend specific techniques depending on your needs, and of course you are welcome to request a particular technique.
Acupressure is often referred to as “acupuncture without needles.” Using the same theory used in acupuncture, acupressure involves stimulation of the energy points to release stuck energy and allow the smooth flow of chi.
I can also offer Headache Release.
About Us Founded by Miriam O'Hara qualified therapist and body worker masseuse, trained and licensed by state and local licensing boards I can offer a series of services and advice in ways to better your living and in working with your body muscles and I will tell you how your body responds to the stress of you busy day to day life.
Because every patient is different, every treatment regimen is unique. I use acupressure, Swedish, Reiki, Kabbalah, Indian and Aromatherapy techniques, individually and in combination, to achieve optimum results.
My place is comfortable and discreet, you will feel at ease and safe. I use candles, burning oils, soft music and crystals to increase the level of energy around the room, so you would feel it as soon as you step in. That is Aromatherapy, the power of senses!
