Here at ANASA Therapies, we specialise in treating people suffering from the above conditions with our Reflexology treatments.
Feedback from most of our clients has shown that a course of Reflexology Treatments with ANASA Therapies has been instrumental in helping either ease the symptoms of their condition, or has helped reduce the symptoms so greatly, it feels like the condition has gone.

About Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of massage with amazing health benefits.
Reflexology understands, and makes use of, the energetic circuit that connects the entire body.
Reflexologists apply pressure to specific points on the foot, or hand, to benefit the corresponding part of the body.
Used as a general health tonic, it is suitable for people of all ages and conditions* and is practised across the world.
*This is a certainty, but due to the immense respect a fully-trained and qualified Reflexologist has for the client, certain conditions or diseases the client presents will either restrict or completely deny treatment.
Certain codes of conduct apply, and we here at ANASA Therapies take this very seriously.
The Treatment
The treatment will involve a quick chat (and some note-taking) about you, your lifestyle and health. This is primarily to ascertain whether a Reflexology treatment is going to be appropriate for you.
Then, if able to proceed, I will begin the treatment. It usually takes between 45mins and 1 hour to perform the treatment.
The treatment is performed whilst you are fully-clothed MINUS footwear. You will be sat in a LaFuma style chair, with cushions added for your comfort.
If I perform a treatment on your hands, then I will require you to remove any rings, bracelets and watches.
I can come to you, you can come to me or if you prefer, we can arrange to meet at a Therapist Centre (for example the Zen shops in either Moseley or Digbeth are two possible venues).
It is entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable with.
